Growing up just minutes from the beach one doesn't always appreciate its beauty. Not having one around for 10 years brings much greater appreciation for the lovely views of bright blue water and sand. (California has my favorite #helloLaJolla)
One trend I have seen a bit of is oversized beach photography in the home and I am loving it. I think it looks fresh, beautiful, and it's quite an affordable way to fill up a wall space as well.
